Sean’s Bio

Sean is a former FIBA professional whose passion to share his high quality and innovative techniques with athletes of all ages have led him to destinations across the globe.

A Gary, Indiana native, Sean has a passion and purpose for the game of basketball. He believes in sharing his expertise and helping others reach their potential. As a standout at Gary West Side High School, he was an Indiana State Champion, and held other notable acknowledgements from local and state sports establishments.

Sean played Division 1 basketball at Northern Illinois University. Upon graduation, he stepped into a coaching role directly following his collegiate career. While he excelled as a coach, he also realized that he still had a passion to play competitively, eventually pursuing a professional basketball career. Sean traveled to play pro ball in several European and Asian nations. While abroad, Sean began training athletes of various ages, hosting basketball clinics and youth camps. The success of these programs shifted Sean’s passion from competing to developing athletes.

Fueled by his experience and expertise, Coach Sean developed a high-quality and intensive basketball program: aiding athletes ranging from school age through professional adults. He has been mentored by elite coaches and trainers throughout this journey.

Sean is currently a Nike “Mean Streets” basketball coach and assists at his former high school, Gary West Side. He is married to the love of his life, Jennene and the father of 2 adorable daughters, Bella Raine and Juda Shera.
